Where we ship PetNeat ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Processing time Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time Estimated delivery is [7–15] business days after processing, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping cost Free standard shipping on orders over $35 (U.S. & Canada). Orders under $35 are charged a flat rate of $[4.95] at checkout.

Tracking A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & duties (Canada) Most orders ship duty-paid. In rare cases, local import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
